- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We've been here twice, once in 2010 and again in 2017. On our first trip we toured the factory and purchased 4 or 5 pieces. On our recent trip in 2017, we arrived early and one of the sales reps took us on a private tour of the factory. They had a couple of tour buses coming in so they got us through ahead of the large group. I wanted to see the process a second time as I enjoyed it so much the first time. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought a watch 1 year ago, the spring broke in the clasp. I brought the watch in and the spring in 2 weeks later. They have now had the watch and spring for a month and it is stil not fixed and no estimated time it will be fixed. It is now 2 months later and my watch is still not fixed. I went to ask about it today and was told there is only one person who fixes the jewelry and he'll get to it when he gets to it. Had I known it would take 2 months to fix a spring I would have found someone else fix it. I spent extra money on this watch expecting it to last longer and the service from the people in the mall to be better. Very disappointed in Riddles Jewelry now.By Michelle Finch, February 08, 2017
