- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They mailed out debit cards to us. We did not receive them. In order to get new ones mailed out, they are going to charge us $10 to replace them. We requested this fee be waived since we've banked with them for 30+ years. They said that because they mailed them out, it doesn't matter if we received them or not, we'd have to pay the fee to get them reissued. It's very unfortunate that long time customers are not treated with more respect and given a 1 time courtesy. Super disappointed and will definitely take our business somewhere else where it's appreciated, the first second we have a chance to shop around.By angi friedt, May 16, 2017
