- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give a zero review for the Rapid City South Dakota office I would. Every time I have come into this office I have gotten the round around about my daughters case. I try to do the first thing on the list to make a complaint and then get told I can't. I've stopped listening to people tell me I can't ever since my son and daughter with a disability was in school and I can't most of the time is a "you really can but you don't know that so I'm going to tell you can't and you won't ever know the difference". I feel sorry for every other person with an intellectual disability that doesn't have someone with them to speak for them I can just imagine how they are treated here.By Myrna Morin, August 26, 2017
