  After 5 days of waking around my house numberous times waiting for a package, I trace the package, find out it was left at the side door ( or so the tracing doc states) and signed by a person named ABC. I call UPS at there 800 number, get a call from the local center which when you return their call goes to a fax machine. I get another call the next day from an employee telling me the package was really left at another address which does not mach the tracking ticket. I drove to the depot and basically heard everything from "is there something going on between and your neignbor " to " thats just not right that it should take 2 weeks to get another delivery" . They showed absolutely NO resposibility for the loss. Passing the buck is their MO

  Like a previous customer, I paid a lot for 3 day shipping. Recently, I purchased a part for my car from amazon. I paid the extra for 2 day shipping. I purchased it on Saturday, and received the part on Wednesday at 8:00pm. I called, as others have done, and when I finally got through (took about 10 minutes to get to a real person), there was no way for me to pick it up early from their drop off location the previous day. Help UPS!!! The Customer rep, stated that they received the package on Monday, so two day shipping would be on Wednesday. I have confirmation from Amazon that they received it on Sunday. So...even if they received it on Monday, two days should be...Monday-Tuesday? Monday, tuesday, wednesday is three day days. The problem is that I have a mechanic planning on fixing my vehicle on Wednesday with NO PART. Hum..And since it's a rental vehicle, I'll have angry customers on the other end of this...HELP.
